Terms of service

These terms cover your purchase and use of The Everest Career System and related materials (the “Program”), sold by Everest Summit Group LLC (“we”, “us”). By buying or using the Program you agree to them.

What you're buying

The Program is a set of digital educational products (recorded lessons, written guides, document and spreadsheet templates and software toolkits) plus optional 1:1 calls. What each product includes is described on its product page at the time you buy.

Price and payment

Prices are in US dollars, shown on each product page, and charged once at checkout. There are no subscriptions or recurring charges. The charge appears on your statement as EVEREST SKILLS. Card details are entered on an encrypted, PCI-compliant payment page and are never stored by us.

Access

Access is delivered by email right after payment and lasts for the life of the Program. If we ever retire the Program, we'll give at least 90 days' notice and a way to download the materials you bought.

Refunds

You can get a full refund within 30 days of purchase. See the refund policy for details.

Your license

You get a personal, non-transferable license to use the materials for your own career and work, including at your job. You may not resell, republish, or share your login, the templates or the course videos with anyone else.

No guarantee of results

The Program is education, not financial, legal or tax advice. We make no promise of a job offer, promotion, pay increase or any other result. See the earnings disclaimer.

Calls

After you buy a call you'll get a link to book a time. Calls are 1:1 over video and recorded for you. You can reschedule once with at least 24 hours' notice. A call can be refunded any time before it takes place; unbooked calls expire 90 days after purchase and are refunded automatically. Calls are educational and are not financial, legal or tax advice.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to the Program is limited to the amount you paid for it.
